Event Information

-Address for the venue is The Old Savoy Theatre, Abington Square, Northampton NN1 4AE. There is a multi storey car park adjacent to the theatre. Address is St Michael's Car Park on St Michael's Road. Our greeters will direct you to the entrance of the theatre!

-As you arrive at the theatre, our friendly team will be there to welcome you, receive your details and give you a wristband. Your wristband will be your ticket for the day. This will enable you to enter/exit at your leisure so please wear at all times. As you enter the auditorium, our welcome team will help you find your seat. For larger Church bookings, keep a look out for large banners with your Church name! If you have asked for an accessibility seat, please inform our team when entering the auditorium who will show you to the stalls.

-Doors to the theatre and Café will open at 9am, auditorium at 9.30am, with the first session beginning at 10am. The conference will end at 4pm. Break times are;

11.30am-12.00pm (break)

1.30pm-2.30pm (lunch)

-There are over 17 different organisations in the DARE exhibitions area;

-We have partnered with two excellent eateries, where you can pre book your lunch for collection. There are many different eateries just a short walk away if you choose not to book lunch. Lunch bookings must be made before Thursday 1st September. Details below;
